NITOME LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED sells digital products only — workbooks, courses, practice tests and subscription plans. There is no physical shipping involved, and this policy applies to that digital content:
Course purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment for a course has been successfully completed and course access has been provided, the purchase cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or converted into account credit. This applies even if you have not started, viewed or completed the course.
The course no-refund rule does not limit any remedy that must be provided under applicable law, including where course access cannot be provided or a payment was duplicated or charged in error.
You can request to cancel an eligible active workbook, practice-test or other subscription plan at any time from your account (Account → My Orders, or the relevant product page).
Eligible non-course plans show their refund window at the time of purchase (for example, a full refund if cancelled within 72 hours). Cancelling within that window, before you have made significant use of the content, is eligible for a full refund.
Cancelling an eligible non-course plan after its refund window, or after substantial use of the workbook or practice-test content, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Before you confirm a cancellation, we show you the exact fee and refund amount you will receive.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay, and are typically credited within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you were charged in error, did not receive access to a purchased course, or believe an eligible non-course product is materially different from how it was described, please contact our Customer Service team at contactus@nitome.com within 7 days of purchase so we can review your case.
Purchases and cancellations can be completed on nitome.com. Purchases are not available from within our iOS app; eligible non-course plans bought on the website can still be managed or cancelled from the app.
