1. Go to www.nitome.com
2. On Sign In page, click on "Sign in with Google" button.
3. It may prompt you to select your Google account.
4. Select your Google account.
5. and you will be logged in to Nitome using your Google account.

How I can login using username and password?

1. Go to www.nitome.com
2. Select "Create Account" tab
3. Put your username e.g.rahul.kulkarni. Its not necessary to put your email.
4. Put your password & confirm it.
5. Put your first name.
6. Put your mobile number or email address for account verification.
7. Select "Create Account" to finalize your registration.
8. You will receive an OTP on your selected email or mobile number. Put the same code in the text box.
9. All set, you can now login using your username and password.

What if I dont get verification OTP?

1. It takes 2-3 mins to receive verification OTP. Please wait for some time.
2. Check that your email or mobile number and country code are correct.
3. Reach out to our support team at contact@nitome.com if you still dont receive the OTP.

How I can purchase book ?

1. Login to your account.
2. Goto to workbook or question set section.
3. Select the book you want to purchase.
4. Click on "Buy Now" button.
5. Complete the payment process.
6. Once payment is successful, the book will be added to your account and you can access it from your dashboard.

I purchased a book but I am not able to access it. What should I do?

1. Login to your account.
2. Goto "My Orders". You can find it on right corner after selecting your profile.
3. Select "Pending Orders" tab. If you see your order in pending orders, it means payment is still being processed.
4. If money already deducted from your account, select "Re-check Payment" option.
5. If still not working, please reach out to our support team at contact@nitome.com
6. Alternatively, you can call us on whatsapp.
7. Dont worry, we will make sure you get access to the book you purchased or refund your money if we are not able to provide access for some reason.

Where I can see AI generated solutions for questions?

1. Login to your account.
2. Purchase the book if you have not already.
3. Select question set, solve the questions and submit.
4. It will show you topic wise score and all questions with answers.
5. For each question, you can click on "Ask AI" button to see AI generated solution.
6. Please note AI can make mistakes, so use it as a reference and try to solve question on your own first.
