How to Add Students to Your Institute
Add students to Institute Studio by inviting them, creating logins, or picking existing Nitome accounts.
How to Add Students to Your Institute
Use this guide if you are an institute owner or administrator and want to add students in Institute Studio.
Before You Start
- Sign in to Nitome and open Institute Studio from your profile menu. - Pick the right institute from the switcher at the top of the dashboard. - Keep student names, and either their email addresses or a list of usernames, ready.
Add Students from the Dashboard
1. Open the Dashboard and find the Quick actions card.
2. Select Add a student .
3. Choose how you want to add each person: - On Nitome — search by name or email and pick the existing account. - Invite by email — Nitome emails an invite link the student accepts. - Create login — you set a username and password and hand it to the student.
4. Review the list, then select Add students .
Students you add this way join with the student role and appear under Students straight away.

1. Go to Students in the left menu.
