AI Credits and Top-ups
AI Viva uses AI credits . You get credits when you start or buy a pack or from your school , and you can top them up whenever you need more.
How Credits Are Used
- 1 AI credit = 1 question , charged when you answer it. - A follow-up question from the examiner is free. - An answer longer than 90 seconds with Allow long answers turned on uses 1 extra credit. - Retaking a session uses credits again. - If an interview cannot be marked, its credits are returned to you automatically. - Credits are shared across all your AI Viva packs and stay valid for a year from your last top-up.
Check Your Credits
Open any AI Viva pack you own. The AI credits box shows how many credits you have left and how many you have used on this pack . Tap Credit history to see every credit added and used.
Top Up Credits
1. Open your pack and tap Top up credits in the AI credits box you can also reach it when the interview says You need AI credits .
2. Choose a credit pack.
3. Tap Buy now or Add to cart , then Go to cart .
4. Tap Proceed to Pay and pay by UPI, Net Banking or a Credit/Debit Card .
5. The credits are added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds.
