How to Delete Your Account
Use this guide when you want to permanently delete your Nitome account.
Before You Start
- Make sure you are signed in to the Nitome account you want to delete. - Review any active access, subscriptions, workbook progress, reports, and saved profile details before continuing. - Account deletion cannot be undone after you confirm it.
What Gets Deleted
- Your workbook progress and answers. - Your reports, test history, and analytics. - Your active access, subscriptions, and learning entitlements. - Your profile information, settings, display picture, grade, and medium.
Important: Nitome may retain purchase history, invoices, payment references, settlement records, and audit records where required for accounting, tax, legal, or audit purposes.
Steps
1. Sign in to your Nitome account .
2. Open your Account section.
3. Select Delete Account from the account menu.
4. Read the account deletion warning carefully.
