Device Compatibility for Protected Course Videos
Nitome course videos are DRM protected digital rights management . This keeps the content secure, but it means your browser must support a DRM system to play them. Most phones, tablets, and computers from the last few years work without any setup. Very old devices, outdated browsers, and some in-app browsers do not.
Check Your Device
The fastest way to know is to test on the exact device you plan to watch on:
1. Open the course page on Nitome in the browser you will use to watch.
2. Scroll to What's Included and open the Compatible devices section.
3. Select Run compatibility check .
4. A green tick means you are ready. A red message tells you what to fix.
5. If it fails, open Technical details and keep that information for support.
