Install Nitome on iPhone or iPad

Add Nitome to your iPhone or iPad Home Screen and use it like an app.

Why there is no App Store app

Nitome is not published on the App Store. Apple charges a 30% fee on purchases made inside iOS apps, and we would rather not pass that cost on to students. Adding Nitome to your Home Screen from Safari gives you the same full-screen, app-like experience — your books, courses, practice tests, and progress all stay on the same account.

Before You Start

- Use Safari on your iPhone or iPad. The required option may not appear in Chrome or an in-app browser. - Make sure you are viewing https://www.nitome.com . - These steps work on current versions of iOS and iPadOS.

Steps

! Animation: open Nitome in Safari, tap the Share button, tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add — the Nitome icon appears on the Home Screen /guide-content/assets/add-to-home-screen.svg

1. Open Nitome in Safari.

2. Tap the Share button in Safari's toolbar. It looks like a square with an upward arrow. On an iPhone it is usually at the bottom of the screen; on an iPad it is usually near the top.

3. Scroll through the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen .
